Challenge
- The Client was combining past software-as-a-service product to create a new generation single product with the goal to optimize workflows and enhance usability.
Solution
- Generated user flow diagrams to help aide communication between product management and engineering/developers
- Created clickable, high-fidelity mockups for web experience to simulate the experience for customers
- Created clickable, high-fidelity mockups for mobile experience to simulate the experience for customers
- Provided accessibility analysis of new corporate branding and how to apply the branding to the SaaS product
- Re-envisioned Atomic Design (UI elements and patterns) for web and mobile
