A multimillion-dollar company sought to redesign its corporate website to better address the needs of its evolving target markets. While the company had a high-level understanding of its audience segments, the descriptions for each were vague and lacked depth. Proposed messaging and trending industry topics were contributed by the sales team but required validation. The company aimed to transition its customer base to new markets and needed a cohesive, user-centered strategy for its web presence to increase qualified sales leads.
