With over 26 years of expertise in the web industry, Garofalo UX was established in July 2016 and is headquartered in downtown San Diego, California. Our team specializes in Enterprise UX, designing intuitive workflows for complex systems. We’re often described as providing “User Experience as a Service (UXaaS),” delivering tailored solutions for businesses navigating intricate digital landscapes.

Frank Garofalo

Frank Garofalo, Principal Consultant at Garofalo UX, has been shaping the web and interactive industry since 1999. With a diverse professional background, Frank has worked with renowned organizations such as Esri, The Walt Disney Company, Bank of America, Cyber View, and Garmin. His experience spans a wide range of industries and project scales, from Fortune 50 companies to U.S. federal agencies, managing budgets exceeding $12 million.

Highlights of Frank’s Career:
  • Leadership Excellence: Directed a 35+ member department of User Experience Architects, User Interface Designers, Icon Designers, and Usability Researchers at a billion-dollar software company.
  • Entrepreneurial Vision: Founded Cyber View, a web design and interactive solutions agency, in 1999. Later, founded Garofalo UX in 2016.
  • Academic Achievements: Earned a Master of Science in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University.
  • Innovation in Technology: Filed a provisional U.S. patent (#62/327,354) in April 2010 for a multi-touch hardware device developed as part of his graduate research.
  • Agile Expertise: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), demonstrating his commitment to agile methodologies and effective team collaboration.
